Leadership

Pastors Bruce & Sheila met at Rhema Bible Training center in 1985 and married shortly after graduation in 1987. They've been blessed to travel the globe ministering together and were missionaries to Italy for 8 years. Together they launched Lifeway Church in 2008 (now Faith Life Church). They have one daughter, Elizabeth (Allen) who serves in leadership with her husband at Faith Life Church. Outside of pastoring, they enjoy their 2 standard poodles (Solomon and Sophie), spending time outdoors, watching a good mystery movie and planning big things for the future. 

Jari Wilson's been with Lifeway Church since 2013 (now Faith Life Church). Jari, her husband Alvin serve at Faith Life Church in many different areas. Jari serves in many different capacities and is a huge blessing to the leadership team and ministries at Faith Life. You'll always see Jari with a huge smile on her face and dancing during praise and worship! 

Michael Allen has been serving at Lifeway (now Faith Life Church) since 2010. He has served in many capacities including the Production Team (audio, media, lighting, video) and currently also leads our Student Ministry: FaithLife Youth. He has a heart to see this generation love God and serve Jesus! 

Elizabeth Allen has a degree in marketing and loves to create. She helps Faith Life Church with design, graphics and video creation. She also leads worship each Sunday with the Vertical Worship Team, and coordinates our FaithLife Kids teams. She has been passionate about ministry since she was a child.

Trina Claiborne has the best smile and the warmest hugs this side east of the Mississippi! Trina leads our Services team (Greeters, Ushers, Parking Lot and Check In teams). Trina is a professional nutrition and life coach, and when she’s not serving you can find her working on her latest book or cooking up an amazing healthy meal!
